Privacy Policy

Effective with the V70 service update. Montrivo uses account information to provide membership, learning, research and coaching services.

Information used

We process your email, account identifier, membership status, billing customer reference, lesson progress, exercise answers, notes, saved reports and coaching requests. Avoid entering sensitive financial account details, passwords or recovery phrases in notes or requests.

Service providers

Supabase supports authentication and data storage. Stripe processes payments; Montrivo does not store full payment card details. Vercel hosts the website and server functions. Fonts and the authentication library are served with the website. Your browser contacts Supabase to authenticate and load permitted account data.

Your device

The site uses local browser storage for sign-in, learning preferences and unsynced changes. Unsynced learning changes remain on that device until they can be sent to your account. Clearing browser storage can remove unsynced work. A personal dashboard goal is stored on your device.

Access and requests

Contact hello@joinmontrivo.com for access, correction or deletion requests. Some billing and security records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. The owner can read coaching requests and replies to provide the service; research drafts are restricted to the owner.

Security

Access controls limit private records to the relevant account and authorized service operations. No internet service can promise absolute security. Use a unique password and secure your email account.
