Membership Terms
Effective with the V70 service update. By creating an account or using paid services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
What membership includes
Foundation provides ten free lessons. Access is $25 per month and includes all lessons, practice tools and selected research previews. Elite is $150 per month and includes Access, full published research and IPO reports, one 30-minute 1:1 session request and two written exercise or progress review requests per UTC calendar month. Scheduling is subject to availability. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes and any promotion appear at checkout. Manage subscription changes and cancellation through Account → Manage billing. Check the portal for the effect and date of any change. Contact support about billing errors, refund requests or a service that was not provided; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Education and research
Services provide general education. They do not guarantee wealth, returns or investment suitability. Review our Investment Risk disclosure. Research uses verification and review dates and can change as evidence changes. The owner aims to review watchlist research weekly; delayed reviews are marked visibly. IPO estimates may change between reviews.
Account and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your login and use content for your own learning. Do not share account access, attack the service, misuse another person’s information or redistribute paid material without permission. Notes and coaching requests must not contain passwords, recovery phrases or payment card details.

If a material paid service change affects your membership, contact support to discuss your options. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
